The berries are harvested and shipped to France, the macerated and turned into this exceptional liqueur. Its aroma is invitingly sweet, with peach and apple coming through alongside a touch of red berries and the flavour is sweet and light with a little syrup thickness. Raspberry, melon and plums all come through alongside cherry sourness, in an exotic mix of enjoyable fresh fruit.

VANILLA, CARAMEL AND CLOVES GIVE A RICH AND SPICY NOSE. THE PALATE HAS SWEET TOFFEE AND CARAMEL WITH CARDAMOM AND CLOVES. THE FINISH IS LONG AND WARMING WITH A LINGERING SPICE.
Sharp white grapefruit is prominent followed by a wash of sweetened pink grapefruit. Lemon and lime zest appear mid appear just before a sweet grapefruit kick that is smooth and long. Impressive follow up of pink grapefruit and morello cherry with a big citrus burst to finish. Cracking stuff. Serve from the freezer. Amazing value for money.
Penny chews flavoured with lime and Mr freeze lime ice poles come in first with a peppery undertone. Chalky, bitter lemon zest follows. The kicks is sharp and tangy but turn into sweet, chalky lime notes that linger. Screams out for a soft drink/mixer/mixer. Serve from the freezer.
