The Crazy Creature wine is made from 100% Grüner Veltliner, the most important grape in Austria and is known for its spicy, herbal but also fruity aroma and crisp, fresh acidity.
Notes of whole-grain cookies, dried barley, hazelnut flour, and baking spices lead the aromas and flavours on the forefront, followed by tart lemon and spice. Its soft texture yet zippy acidity add up to a wine that’s entirely gulpable.
Aromatic raspberry fruit aromas. The palate is full of deliciously ripe cherry and raspberry fruit flavours with lovely nuances of honey and grapefruit.
Opens with aromas of cranberry, dark cherry and hints of violet. Lightly toasted vanilla lifts the palate, a result of one year of French oak ageing. A balanced and food-friendly wine with firm tannins, elegant depth and soft fruit flavours.

The year 2003 was warm, with cooler-than-average temperatures in the month of july and frequent storms that brought significant amounts of rain and hail. the initial tastings revealed that the chardonnay grapes harvested were supple, ample and complex; the pinot noir harvest was structured and offered great length. in contrast to prior vintages, a qualitative homogeneity was found in the two grape varieties harvested, conferring on dom pérignon rosé vintage 2003 its well-defined classical balance.
An off-dry medium-bodied wine. Intense tropical flavours of guava, ripe apple and pear on the palate. It has a fresh clean crisp acidity that washes over you and is well-balanced with the vibrant fruit flavours.
