Typical and refined with fruity (green apples, pear, citrus fruits) and floral (white flowers, acacia) notes, sage and spices in the finish. Soft, harmonious and elegant, with a slim body and with lively yet balanced acidity.
Ca Belli Prosecco is a young, modern ditto with all the typical characters in a forward-leaning and fresh style. Made with the pleasant aromas of red berries, such as cherries, with fine-tuned floral tones. Crispy and healthy flavors.
Bright straw-yellow with light greenish hues. It has an intense bouquet with hints of tropical fruit and flowery overtones; well-orchestrated and delicate mouthfeel, fresh and rich in flavour,early-drinking.
An uplifting nose of spices and red fruits with a light to medium body and a palate of strawberries and pepper that is high in acidity and muted tannins.
The 2015 Beychevelle is a blend of 47% Merlot, 42% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Cabernet Franc and 4% Petit Verdot aged 18 months in barrel, 50% of which were new and 50% second fill. Medium to deep garnet-purple in colour, it's scented of smoked meats, scorched earth, garrigue and new leather with a core of cassis, cherry cordial and plum preserves. The medium-bodied palate is a little firm but delicate, with lovely vibrancy and a bit of grip on the finish.
An uplifting nose of spices and red fruits that promises to be fruity. Didn't disappoint with a light to medium body palate of strawberries and pepper that is high in acidity and muted tannins.
A very subtle hint of oak sets off notes of white orchard fruit, acacia and tidal pool notes that are also picked up by the rich and full mineral-infused flavours that possess good volume on the intense, tangy and punchy finish. This is relatively open and highly complex already and should be approachable young.
