Tastes beautifully dark. We know... that's not technically flavour... it's a feeling - the rich feel when it rolls down your throat. Captain Morgan Dark Rum is all about rich caramel, aged oak, sweet dark brown sugar, oozy toffee, and ripe banana flavours.

MarGin’s founder Rachel Verghis is a former banker, passionate art collector and a gin sipping enthusiast. Inspired by an article about an artist who commissioned a perfumer to recreate the scent of the dollar bill, she embarked upon her own quest to create a premium spirit imbued with the quintessence of a banknote.
On that quest she chanced upon the ‘white fiver’—the first fully printed five pound note issued by the Bank of England in 1793. Struck by the elegance and heritage of this iconic note, Rachel saw the perfect union of liquid and label for her artisanal gin brand.
And so MarGin was born; a classic London dry gin, a tipple as cool, crisp and uncomplicated as a freshly printed ‘white fiver’, to be savoured like a smooth single malt or fine Cognac.
Colour: Pale gold. Nose: Delicate aromas of citrus fruit, notably sweet orange. Taste: Sweet, fruit notes of zesty oranges and pears, with a hint of candy and toffee apples. Finish: Long, creamy and smooth
A fine champagne VSOP cognac from the Hine house. H by Hine is a stylish alternative to Remy VSOP with a bit more oomph, but still very mixable for classy cocktails.
A classic flavour that anyone with Danish blood will be pleased to see. Aalborg Taffel Aquavit is full flavoured and crystal clear, hiding a myriad of tempting flavours within. On opening, you’ll be hit with a warm, spiced aroma of caraway and this is just the beginning. The flavour has hints of orange, herbal notes and is a wonderfully mellow flavour which tastes best chilled and in true Danish fashion is often teamed with fish.
Rosewater and orange peel on the entry followed by waves of juniper and lemon. The finish is very floral with lemon and juniper notes that lead onto sharp white pepper notes at the very end.
Leblon Cachaça has a tequila-like nose with transparent fruity and herbal notes and undertones of vanilla, caramel and light grass. Long cleansing finish, sweet and balanced, fresh and clean. Pleasing layers of cane, spices, and fruits. Clean taste, silky texture. Smooth entry, with a creamy full body, and notes of toasty vanilla, crème brûlée, and butterscotch. The spirit warms in the mouth and leaves a gentle sweetness in the middle of the tongue that flowers as it lasts, much like a refined tequila
A fine and flavoursome pear brandy, Miclo Poire William Eau de Vie captures the sweetness and the sharpness of the pair and balances them wonderfully. The sweet williams pear flavour has been fermented alongside the distillation process to deliver a smooth sweetness and a long ageing process in specially built tanks ensuring the depth of flavour is sustained. The authentic pear flavour in this Eau de Vie delivers a real sense of biting into the fresh fruit and calls for baked desserts and cheese boards alongside it.
