The vodka originally used in Douglas Ankrah's infamous pornstar Martini and one of the best vanilla vodkas available on the market. Cream soda and lush vanilla pudding note spin around on your tongue wrapped in soft ripe lemon. The body is medium to full and the kick is clean and soft with a creme anglais note. This stuff really is outstanding and does real well when kept in the fridge. drinks wise, flavour combinations are endless. NOCELLO 70CL
A liqueur which is just crying out to be tipped into your coffee cup Nocello is rich and intensely nutty. The flavours of both walnuts and hazelnuts are central to its taste and it is a hugely popular liqueur in its home country of Italy where it’s regularly enjoyed in coffee, poured over desserts and even on ice cream. GOSLINGS BLACK SEAL RUM 70CL
The happy black seal performing on the front of each bottle is not where this rum got its name, but it’s a fun addition. Gosling’s black seal is named for the wax used to seal the stopper in place in fact and this is a deep, dark rum which stewed fruit aromas emanating from first opening. EL DORADO 3YR 70CL
With a couple of awards under its belt el dorado, 3-year rum is a fine example of a mixing rum which a crispness that lends itself to sharp citrus cocktails and even exotic punches. Coconut is ever-present from the first opening and hints of sugary sweet icing sugar are also apparent in the nose. On drinking, el dorado is surprisingly dry with notes of intense brown sugar, a nutty edge and of course that coconut coming through strongly. The ends note blends vanilla with the coconut for a fresh finish.
