Cazcabel Blanco Tequila, 70cl

Colonel Fox's Gin, 70cl
Based on a genuine 19th-century recipe discovered by Lieutenant Colonel Fox, Colonel Fox’s is an exceptional London dry gin. With the traditional flavours, you’d expect including juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, cassia and bitter orange peel, Colonel Fox’s gin is particularly citrus and juniper drive. The González Byas white Vermouth is a delicious combination of dry Fino Shery with a salty character and a selection of classic botanicals, inspired by an original recipedatingbackto1896, then called“FrenchVermouth”.
Clean, elegant and intense. You will find concentrated citrus aromas, perfectly blended with the delicious, bitter touches of wormwood and savoury. Cinnamon, nutmeg and the high residual sugar balance out the bitterness.
LA COPA VERMOUTH ROJO, 75cl
La Copa brand was one of the first to be registered by Gonzalez Byass dating back to 1884. The production follows the original recipe from 1906 and the packaging is a replica of the original label. Intense spiced aroma, notes of clove and cinnamon stand out, with an elegant bitterness on the finish. On the palate, it is smooth and elegant. There can be no doubt as to its origins in Jerez.
Wild Turkey 81 Whisky, 70cl
The character of Kentucky is strong in this one, wild turkey’s deep amber hues owe their colouring to the heaviest charred oak barrels around. The barrels are newer than your traditional bourbon style and result in the flavour of wild turkey being stronger and encapsulated in the barrels, without any flavour being cooked out. Warm hues and a warming flavour, the wild turkey is exceptionally smooth and satisfying, the flavours a little subdued but butterscotch coming through in the end. Rich and indulgent, wild turkey stands out amongst other bourbons.
Tullamore Dew Whisky, 70cl
Tullamore dew is one of those famous Irish whiskies we all know and love. Classic flavour notes come through, with fruit and malt taking centre stage. Caramel and toffee soon follow and deliver added sweetness and warmth. Bitter fruit peel is balanced against the honeyed notes, vanilla and a herbal depth which really adds more character to the drink. If you were wondering why it’s called dew, it’s simply the initials of the Tullamore distillery’s manager at the time!
Doorly's 3yr Rum, 70cl
Bright and vibrant, the blue and yellow macaw on the label of Doorly's white rum is not the only vibrant thing about this white rum. A Barbadian creation, it has an enjoyable tropical nose which is awash with notes of pineapple and grapefruit. On tasting, you’ll enjoy strong notes of sweet coconut and fudge notes which have developed during the oak cask maturation process. It’s the coconut that sticks around long after finishing with a warming hit of pepper.
Calvados Père Magloire Fine AOC Brandy, 70cl

Doorly's Gold 5yr Rum, 70cl
A brand who have been offering up exceptional rums since the 1920s, Doorly’s take pride in each of their products and Doorly's gold is no exception. The scarlet macaw on the bottle is just a hint at the wildness within, with an intense mixture of sweet and bitter notes marrying together to deliver a smooth and dry flavour. Apricot, orange zest and caramel are easily recognisable and light notes of passion fruit, coconut and white pepper play a secondary role.
Flor de Caña 7yr Grand Reserve Rum, 70cl
One of the younger flor de caña offerings, this 7-year-old rum is perfectly primed for mixing into all your favourite rum cocktails. Whether there’s a dark’n’stormy on the cards or you simply want the perfect complement to a fizzy coke, flor de caña 7 years will do the job. Prominent hazelnut and almond lead the flavour of this rum, with vanilla rounding it all off smoothly. Coffee and bitter chocolate notes are hinted at but remain in the background alongside light spiciness.
Miller's Dry, 70cl
Miller’s dry gin is distilled using traditional pot maceration methods and using many of the trademark ingredients you’d expect in a quality gin. Of exceptional quality, Miller’s is shipped to Iceland once in concentrated distillate form and there it is blended with fresh cucumber flavouring and natural glacial water from the Selyri spring. This adds a complex and refreshing flavour to the gin and brings out the natural flavours of the botanicals which include juniper, cassia, liquorice root, coriander and cinnamon bark.
Abelha Silver Cachaça, 70cl
Distilled in copper pot stills from fresh-cut organically-grown sugarcane from the Bahia region of Brazil, Abelha is a cut above many firewater cachaças, boasting an extremely pure and pungent agricole character.
Buffalo Trace Whisky, 70cl
Buffalo trace offers a wide range of exciting bourbons and their classic Kentucky straight buffalo trace is one of the most famous. Intense with velvety vanilla, warming spices and oaky barrel char, each sip of buffalo trace is a real pleasure. Its aroma is rich like a box of toffees, with notes of chocolate éclair, cinnamon and rum spice. On the palate brown sugar comes through strongly with toffee depth and the spicy cinnamon heat also coming through. A classic Kentucky bourbon you can sip again and again.
Portobello Gin, 70cl
Named for its place of conception, portobello London dry gin no. 171 is a classic London gin with all the characteristics of a premium product. Floral notes pour out of the bottle on opening with lavender and camphor at the forefront. Parma Violet sweetness follows and on tasting, you’ll get the first hint of juniper. The citrus notes often found in abundance in other gins are subdued but their essence is in the background and it’s a little spicier than your average gin, without being overwhelming. Wonderful for your favourite sling.
Bulleit Bourbon Whisky, 70cl
In its striking bottle with its marmalade orange hues, Bulleit Bourbon is high in rye which helps add real spice to its character. Award-winning and becoming more and more popular, Bulleit has a pungent nose awash with orange and oak notes, as well as a hint of smoke and even a little banana. The flavour is creamy and full-bodied, zesty on the palate with orange and lime notes and then oaky tobacco comes through, enjoyable and warm.
El Dorado 5yr Rum, 70cl
A bright and breezy Guyana rum, young at just 5 years old, el dorado 5 years is one of the youngest offerings from this producer. Creamy butterscotch is the leading scent when you open the bottle and it’s soon partnered with bright notes of tropical fruit and a hint of mint oil. This oily element is apparent on the palate, helping to deliver a light-bodied rum which is rich in tropical flavours including fresh coconut.
Ketel One Citron Vodka, 70cl
Lemons from the fridge and buttery croissant notes on the entry. This is followed by lemon meringue and lemon barley water with hot toast. The kicks is chalky,( in a lemon barley way) but with a touch of aggression. The finish is full of bitter lemon notes.
1860 House Vodka, 1.5ltr
Don't expect miracles! when funds are tight this is the way to go. Drinkable but needs a chilled soft drink/mixer/mixer. Keep this one in the freezer for optimum taste.
Black Bottle Whisky, 70cl
The new liquid retains the rich distinctiveness and is a more balanced, smoother finished whisky, married together in virgin oak casks giving a slightly sweeter taste.
Amaro del Capo, 70cl
Vecchio's amaro del capo is an Italian liqueur flavoured with, amongst others, herbal tea, mandarin, orange, juniper, liquorice and mint. Best served straight from the freezer in a cold glass.
Plymouth, 70cl
Made in a copper still over 150 years old, Plymouth gin has a well matured, authentic and enjoyable dry gin flavour. Plymouth is made using no bitter botanicals and it’s the aromatic pine-driven juniper that comes first followed by lavender and camphor with a touch of lemon zest. On the first sip, a zing of lavender hits first and lemon and orange soon follow, with earthy notes bringing the drink into a mellow finish. Refreshing yet steeped in subtle flavours, a classic gin for your favourite cocktail.
Somerset Cider Brandy 3yr, 70cl
A wonderfully blended and nurtured brandy, three barrels combines the traditional flavours we all know and love and adds a twist. Three barrels are a blend of selected Eaux de vie from famous french wine regions and it has been handcrafted and matured in French oak barrels, delivering the smooth taste and touches of both candied sweet fruits and hot, spicy ginger. The spicy notes are mellowed by the sweetened fruit and nuttier notes of walnut and almond also help to deliver the perfect balance.
Pink Pigeon Rum, 70cl
A rare spiced rum with a memorable name, the pink pigeon is not a drink you’ll forget in a hurry. One of Mauritius’ finer offerings, a bird native to isle is where it gets its name. Warming custard notes are released on opening the bottle and they’re soon followed by sweet icing sugar, buttery croissant and even strawberries. On drinking the sweetness remains and vanilla and nutmeg spice also come through, with a fieriness developing as you sip.
XOriguer, 70cl
A spanish gin that is one of only two gins in the world with its own EU designation of origin, Xorigeur is based on an 18th century recipe and was popular with the sailors at that time. The green handled bottle makes it stand out from the crowd but it’s the perfumed flavour and orange-rich character which really make this gin sing. A grape alcohol base gives it a juicy flavour which is peppered with bright herbaceous and spicy notes. Fresh, almost menthol juniper ends each sip, lingering as a quenching aftertaste.
Tapatio Reposado Tequila, 50cl
This delicious and moreish tequila has a rounded flavour that isn’t lacking in spice. Tapatio Reposado is robust without being overwhelming and mellow agave is supported by more prominent notes of sharp green apple and a trademark pepperiness this brand is known for. As it coats the palate a creamier depth becomes apparent, with notes of sweet caramel and chocolate tempering the hot pepperiness. Remnants of the ageing process are apparent until the end, with wood smoke lingering on.
Bushmills Black Bush Whisky, 70cl
Bushmills black bush is an interesting blend that’s a little different from the rest on the market. Bringing together malt whiskies which have been aged for 11 years in sherry casks for a truly alternative flavour. The nose is powerful with lemon, fresh grapes and barley with a flavour which is sweet, almost dairy-infused and rich in fruit. Its finish brings the barley back into centre stage and peppery notes come through strongly.
Jim Beam Red Stag Cherry Whisky, 70cl
Jim beam red stag whisky uses an infusion of the natural essence of black cherry, delivering a unique and interesting flavoured whisky which is different from your average bourbon. It has the appearance and flavour of a whisky liqueur without the same syrupy thickness and from the aroma, you’ll enjoy the warmth of the cherry without losing the depth of the bourbon flavour. Mellow oak comes through on tasting and enhances the rich dark cherry flavour, leading to an endnote which is naughtily sweet.
Boodles Gin, 70cl
Well balanced juniper and builders tea note arrive first followed by fresh Thai herbs and spices. Blackjacks appear before the kick which is a very smooth affair. The finish is dry and full of burnt liquorice wood, juniper and strangely, coriander. classic and clean. What more can you ask for? Excellent stuff.
Whitley Neill, 70cl
An exceptional gin with African influences, Whitley Neill combines some fascinating flavours in their refined and balanced product. The traditional flavours of gin benefit from two additional African botanicals, the baobab fruit and the cape gooseberry. These flavours combine beautifully to offer a sweet, fruity twist to Whitley Neill gin. Tropical and exotic, this gin still leads with classic juniper but the new flavours linger in a refreshing end note.
Four Square Spiced Rum, 70cl
A high quality spiced rum from the Barbadian foursquare distillery, four square delivers a warm and welcoming spicy touch to your favourite rum flavours. Honey and clove are the prominent flavours when you smell and the combination is inviting and not remotely cloying. Surprisingly fresh on the palate, the spiciness in this rum is measured and well-balanced with a subtle elegance coming through in warm honeyed vanilla. Despite its sweetness, the spices ensure it doesn’t become sickly.

It's made from a blend of bourbon-barrel-matured 5-year-old rum from Barbados and 3-year-old rum from Jamaica.
Beefeater 24 Gin, 70cl
Dried pink grapefruit and earl grey tea followed by a strong liquorice undercurrent that leads into a sort of crushed parma violet sweets affair. Kick is woody and spicy and leads into juniper, bergamot and faint ginseng notes. All in all bloody good.
Angostura 5yr Rum, 70cl
The five year old offering initially launched as angostura gold is here and ready to show off the finest features of the popular trinidadian brand. Blending together heavy and light molasses-based rums angostura 5 years is intense with pungent treacle and muscovado sugar notes coming through in the nose. The flavour itself is medium with cedar wood and spice playing key roles alongside zesty grapefruit. The citrus notes come through especially well in the aftertaste.
Maker's Mark Whisky, 70cl
Maker’s mark’s claim to fame is that they distil their bourbon to the lowest proof in the whole of us. They believe their distillation process ensures their bourbon’s rich, powerful flavour and the addition of red winter wheat adds a necessary smoothness. Fruity and rich on the nose you can enjoy the heat of spiced honey and the zest of mixed peels. Rye, spice and barley malt come through alongside butterscotch and vanilla, rounded the drink off perfectly.
Arette Blanco Tequila, 70cl
Arette Blanco is a premium silver tequila, launched in 2007 and highly thought of on the drinks scene. Bottled on site in jalisco and made of 100% agave, arette blanco is an exceptional silver tequila full of fresh flavours, spicy hints and a cheeky character in which you can pick out each single flavour note. Great body and wonderful for sipping or mixing into a wide range of different cocktails and long drinks.
Evan Williams Extra Age 7yr Whisky, 70cl
Evan Williams extra-aged offers flavours different from other bourbons in the distillery’s range, simply due to the extra time it spends in its barrels getting ready. When perfectly prepared it’s bottled and you’ll enjoy a wonderfully mellow and drinkable bourbon which has a perfectly balanced flavour. On the nose you’ll get bright notes of vanilla, cream and spice and they soon lad onto a maple syrup rich body, warm on the palate with oak notes balancing against the spice. Warm and sweet, perfect for those chilly winter nights.

Four Roses Bourbon Small Batch Whisky, 70cl
Four roses is an exclusive small-batch bourbon that offer a distinct and sweet flavour with strong notes of molasses and cinnamon. Honey hues release honey fudge and nougat notes followed closely by cedarwood and pipe tobacco. The flavour is similarly sweet, with the honey notes married closely with cinnamon and the cedar wood gaining a smoked quality. The final notes that linger are of lightly toasted nuts with the rye content of the bourbon coming to the forefront.
Angel's Envy Bourbon, 70cl
Kentucky Straight bourbon finished in ruby port wine casks, which adds a subtly distinct flavour to give Vanilla, ripe fruit, maple syrup with a hint of Madeira that slowly fades.
Bloom London Dry Gin, 70cl

Grappa Tosolini Cividina (House), 70cl
Springwater clear and aromatically fruity, Tosolini Cividina grappa is robust and awash with the fresh flavour of grapes. Distilled in northern Italy in traditional copper stills, there is a Slavic and Austrian influence due to the region of the distillery. With sweet brandy undertones mixed with the pomace of the grapes, Tosolini Cividana grappa has a mellow flavour which marries wonderfully with aromatic notes and the sweetness of grapes throughout.
Jim Beam Rye Whiskey, 70cl
A rye whisky to be reckoned with Jim beam use all their tried and tested methods to produce this high quality, critically recommended bourbon. 51% rye in the mash bill ensures fiery heat and an ageing process of four years ensures smoothness and oaky tones which further enhance the quality of the drink. Caramel vanilla warmth help temper the heat of the spice with welcome notes of cherry and nutmeg also coming through. A quality rye whisky is certainly worth a go!

Jose Cuervo Agavero Tequila, 70cl
Jose Cuervo Agavero is an exceptional tequila flavoured liqueur, displayed in an unusual, memorable bottle. Blue agave reposado and Anejo tequilas are blended together with the essence of Damian flower to create a flavour you won’t forget. Herbal and vegetal aromas are the most prominent with light woody notes, lime zest and even asparagus come through. The flavour is sweet and mellow as you first sip but it begins to heat up, with those familiar herbal notes coming through.
Jose Cuervo Traditional Silver Tequila, 70cl

Sipsmith Vodka, 70cl
Mega yum! Sipsmith boys came up trumps with this one. super silky mouthfeel with notes of lemon barley water and crushed up breakfast cereal from your schooldays. This is followed by a creamy vanilla moment before more lemon and eventually a brief hard-boiled barley sugar with orange rind. Finish is silky and leaves you with a lovely lemon barley note and a desire for more of the same.
Cîroc Vodka, 70cl
Cîroc is a premium vodka which is distilled from exquisite french grapes and delivers a smoothness you won’t find in the other vodkas on the market. Refined and indulgent citrus notes come through in the nose and are followed by a mouth feel which can only be described as smooth as butter. The natural characteristics of the luxurious grapes come through and are joined by the welcome flavours of lemon zest and intense black pepper. As clean and smooth a vodka as you’ll find.
Plantation 5yr Rum, 70cl
A classic Barbadian rum, plantation 5-year-old benefits from ex-bourbon cask barrels and cognac barrels used in its maturation process. The flavour this delivers is unlike any other rum and gives its nose an intense leathery profile with spicy cinnamon and aromatic coconut too. On tasting Plantation 5 is surprisingly sweet with clear notes of molasses and that leathery depth from the scent. Salted butter and allspice add a distinguishing finish and ensure the fire remains strong to the last drop.

Smirnoff Red Vodka, 1.5ltr
The one that started it all! Pepper and peppermint note start-up upon entry. These move aside as a clean sweetness takes over and then finishes with white pepper and a faint yet recognizable liquorice ending. The classic little number that we've all done time with.
Bacardi Ocho Anos Rum, 70cl
Bacardi is best known for their world-famous white rum but here Bacardi 8 year old is an intense, red-gold offering which is exceptional when added to spiced cocktails or enjoyed neat. The aroma is awash with buttery caramel, orange marmalade and banana leaf notes which lead to a medium-bodied flavour which allows sweet demerara sugar, apricots and gingerbread to take centre stage. Butterscotch and vanilla notes linger throughout with just a touch of nutmeg spice finishing it off.
Wood's 100 Navy, 70cl
A classic demerara navy style rum produced in guyana, wood’s 100 blends together a range of young rums. both pot still and continuously distilled rums make their way into the mix and it’s a distinct flavour that’s often used in tiki-style cocktails. prunes, caramel and sweet toffee are the first aromas released on opening and they’re soon joined by nutmeg and cinnamon spiciness. dark chocolate and fudge come through but the spiciness is the flavour that endures.
Black Cow Pure Milk Vodka, 70cl
