Cotswolds Cream Liqueur 700ml

Made by mixing our own Cotswolds single malt spirit with fresh cream in small batches, our Cotswolds Cream Liqueur is wonderfully rich and silky with notes of vanilla and butterscotch. The result is a thick and luscious treat, a creamy taste of the best from the beautiful Cotswolds! The cream is naturally preserved by the alcohol and the combination produces a wonderfully rich and luscious cream liqueur. The spirit in the Cotswolds Cream Liqueur is produced using our bespoke copper pot stills. We use only locally grown Cotswolds barley, which is malted especially for us in small batches. Our distillation process takes place daily and is entirely by hand. It yields a wonderfully light, sweet, and floral new-make spirit that is perfect combined with cream. The quality of our light new-make whisky spirit shines through the cream to create a sweet sensation that is delicious on its own over ice, in mixed drinks, or over ice cream. But we’ve been known to pour it over ice cream too… Signature Serve - Cotswolds Flat White Martini: Ingredients: 25ml Cotswolds Cream liqueur 25ml Cotswolds Signature Whisky 25ml Tia Maria 50ml Coffee cold brew Garnish: freshly shaved dark chocolate Method: Shake all ingredients together in a cocktail shaker except for the dark chocolate and strain into a martini glass. Shave dark chocolate on top for decoration.
