A UNIQUE, GOLDEN RUM BLENDING THREE AUTHENTIC RUMS FROM DIFFERENT PARTS OF THE CARIBBEAN. this family owned distillery is presided over by a passionate, fourth-generation, master distiller. Using locally produced sugar cane molasses the traditional pot & column still distillation techniques are still used to this day to produce a light, golden rum full of flavour.
The roots of this rum derive from three iconic and well-known Jamaican distilleries, with 80% made up of pot and column still rums, and the other 20% contains a Jamaican pot still rum. This rum will “Funk the system” and is guaranteed to bring a tropical buzz to the drizzliest of days, bursting with fruity, high ester flavours.
The nose is met with a deep, ester-heavy Jamaican Rum, with fragrant spiced notes of preserved lime, lemongrass, vanilla and ginger. On the palate, ginger is more pronounced but balances harmoniously with caramelised butterscotch ageing of the rum. Bacco and banana coming through in tandem. It ends with spiciness at its heart.
Westerhall No.2 has been double distilled and aged in plain oak casks for two years to achieve a smooth and mellow balance. The No.2 is a light rum with a sweet flavour that comes in at 37.5% ABV. The rum is diluted with the purist of Grenadian spring water before being charcoal filtered for absolute clarity.
BACARDÍ Spiced delivers the characteristics of oak barrel staves with the essence of bourbon or brandy, a hint of smoke from the charring process, background notes of dried fruit and heavy delivery of sweet creamy butterscotch. Notes of custard, maple and honey flavours coat the tongue and finishes with a touch of pepper.
Created using Bounty White Rum, with coconut extracts and sugars macerated at high strength. Smooth mouth feels, with luscious warm coconut and fresh tropical fruit flavours.
Produced at the famous La Mexicana Fabrica in Tequila Town, Jalisco, Mexico. Made from agave grown exclusively on the Tepecoste Hill in the lowlands. Triple distilled & unaged.

Plantation 3 Stars white rum 41.2% is the first white rum from a plantation. It's a blend of rums from Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica (which just so happen to be three of our favourite rum producing islands).
Rums from around the Caribbean have come together to create the distinct flavour of banks 5. The blend brings together the light spice of Trinidadian rum with the complexity of Jamaican rum and the flavours of Barbadian rum Guyanese rum and unique Indonesian attack are combined into the mix too. Five aged rums from around the Caribbean offer up a deep and engaging flavour, rich with sugar cane, with deep bitter notes coming through as you sip.
Bright and vibrant, the blue and yellow macaw on the label of Doorly's white rum is not the only vibrant thing about this white rum. A Barbadian creation, it has an enjoyable tropical nose which is awash with notes of pineapple and grapefruit. On tasting, you’ll enjoy strong notes of sweet coconut and fudge notes which have developed during the oak cask maturation process. It’s the coconut that sticks around long after finishing with a warming hit of pepper.
With a couple of awards under its belt el dorado, 3-year rum is a fine example of a mixing rum which a crispness that lends itself to sharp citrus cocktails and even exotic punches. Coconut is ever-present from the first opening and hints of sugary sweet icing sugar are also apparent in the nose. On drinking, el dorado is surprisingly dry with notes of intense brown sugar, a nutty edge and of course that coconut coming through strongly. The ends note blends vanilla with the coconut for a fresh finish.
