Tasting Note The nose is met with a deep, ester-heavy Jamaican Rum, with fragrant spiced notes of preserved lime, lemongrass, vanilla and ginger. On the palate, ginger is more pronounced but balances harmoniously with caramelised butterscotch ageing of the rum. Bacco and banana coming through in tandem. It ends with spiciness at its heart.
