BRIOTTET LIQUEUR DE MANGUE 70CL

Maison Briottet maintains a very high level of quality. It is the selection of the ripest fruit from the most suitable cultivars that provides for the finest flavours; therefore contracting the right growers to produce the correct fruit is the first step on the ladder. Subsequently, properly observed maceration with very pure neutral alcohol, and blending with the correct proportion of sugars to achieve the balance between fruit flavour, sweetness, acidity and alcohol create these excellent crèmes and liqueurs. Briottet Liqueur de Mangue is made by macerating the sweet flesh of the mango in alcohol prior to sweetening with sugar to make the final mango liqueur.

BOTTEGA PISTACCHIO 50CL

It is a creamy liqueur, pleasantly sweet and with a moderate alcohol content, characterized by an intense aroma of pistachio. Pistachios are the fruit of a plant native of the Middle East, now growing spontaneously on the Sicilian volcano Mount Etna. They have always been renowned for their nutritional properties. Pistachios, exclusively harvested in Sicily, are processed according to a traditional method and turned into a paste which preserves all their precious organoleptic characteristics. The paste is then expertly mixed with alcohol, water and sugar, creating a creamy, round, velvety liqueur with an intense and inebriating aroma of Sicilian pistachios. With a final touch of grappa, Pistacchio Bottega gains particular aromaticity, making it unique and unmistakable.

RINQUINQUIN LA LA PECHE 75CL

Rinquinquin à la pêche is made using three different types of peach - Cardinale, coronet and June gold. As if this wasn't enough peach for you, they also used the leaves from peach trees, harvests just before autumn. The leaves and peaches are all macerated separately in alcohol and white wine. Afterwards, the liquid is added to the white wine, while the solids leftover is distilled and added to the mix. Perfect for a summer aperitif, rinquinquin à la pêche goes well with tonic water or served long and over ice. The terms rinquinquin was originally a generic word. In the Provencal language, it means invigorating drink (from the verb requinquilhar: to cheer up).
