The first hints of fresh almond and harvest aromas immediately open up into preserved lemon and dried fruits, the palate concentrated yet creamy, it is energetic in the mouth, focusing on the fruit, then taking on more profound bass notes. The finish has just a subtle, elegant hint of underlying bitterness.

This bright gold Champagne is a subtle blend of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier presenting a great complexity with fine bubbles. Young and fresh with fruity aromas.

Bollinger La Grande Année, 75cl

The delicate colour and golden hues are a sign of the wine’s maturity and Bollinger’s wine-making methods. A wonderful aromatic depth. The wine’s fruity, spicy and floral notes intertwine to reveal a highly complex nose; wild peach, plum and orange peel precede saffron and tonka bean, complemented by a fresh, mineral aspect. Dense and harmonious in the mouth. A creamy effervescence and fresh structure, with a gentle saline finish.

Bollinger Special Cuvée NV, 75cl

Special cuvée remains the epitome of the Bollinger style guaranteed by the unique stock of 600,000 magnums of reserve wines stored in cellars beneath the streets of ay and skillfully blended by chef de cave Mathieu Kauffmann.  A golden colour, distinctive of black grape varieties; very fine bubbles. To the nose: A beautiful aromatic complexity; ripe fruit and spicy aromas; hints of roasted apples, apple compote and peaches. On the palate: A subtle combination of structure, length and vivacity; bubbles like velvet; pear, brioche and spicy aromas, notes of fresh walnut.
