Welcome to the first new Jack Daniel's whiskey since before Prohibition. Tennessee Straight Rye is made from 70% rye, 18% corn and 12% malted barley, and is put through the same charcoal filtration process as Jack Daniel's bourbons. The result is a mellow and sweet whiskey that's enlivened with distinctive rye spice.
Scorpions Rock n Roll Star whisky provides a delicious aroma of fruity vanilla from the ex-bourbon barrels, rich notes of dried fruit and toasted nuts from the oloroso barrels, and a pleasant delicate sweet touch of sherry cask gives this whisky a perfect balance.
Nose: Floral, herbal hops, grapefruit citrus, with subtle orchard fruits. Complemented by wood shavings and a little nuttiness. VANILLA, CARAMEL AND CLOVES GIVE A RICH AND SPICY NOSE. THE PALATE HAS SWEET TOFFEE AND CARAMEL WITH CARDAMOM AND CLOVES. THE FINISH IS LONG AND WARMING WITH A LINGERING SPICE.
