The Flavour: Intense full citrus flavour and dried orange peels. The Nose: Citrus, fragrant and somewhat bitter sweet. The Colour: Clear. The Use: Straight, on the rocks, excellent in cocktails and mixed drinks. Well-known for its use in the Margarita cocktail.
Whole red summer berry forward note, complemented with rich fruity juniper and green spice. Predominantly juniper and citrus, with aromatic red berry roundness and liqurice spice. The finish is remarkably smooth and dry, driven by waxy pine and liquorice notes. Although the earlier jammy nose and palate gives way to the waxy pine and angelica, an essence of blackberry and raspberry remains on the tongue long after the spirit has gone.
Super clean notes of thai spice and blackjacks followed by bergamot, lemon and lime rind flavours. Juniper comes through mid-kick and remains for a while. The finish is full of bassets allsorts and dried flowers with citrus zest. This gin is awesome.
Thai spice with a very faint wave of juniper. Lemon zest then comes to the forefront followed closely by a sweet pepper taste that moves through the soft kick. Very faint liquorice smashed parma violet and army and navy sweets wrapped in lavender on the finish.
Nose: Bold and elegant - a refreshing, zingy citrus nose with soft juniper & peppery spice undertones. Palate: Rich and oily with bright lemon and rounded orange notes, nicely balanced allowing all the remaining BOMBAY SAPPHIRE botanicals to shine through. Finish: Long, smooth and complex, crisp citrus gives way to pithy peel and warm spice.
A beautifully aromatic gin balancing the vibrant spices of Indian white cardamom and turmeric together with bittersweet sun-dried Murcian mandarin providing a lingering warmth and fragrant citrus freshness.

Silky smooth, with tropical and citrus notes: an ideal mixing rum. Aged for 2 years in ex-Bourbon casks for softwood complexity and roundness before filtration to remove colour.
