One of the world’s most revered whiskies and one which if you can taste it, you simply must! macallan’s exceptional 25-year-old malt is the epitome of Speyside, winning awards and lifelong fans alike. The nose is rich in orange and pear, with sweet spices and just the slightest touch of smoke. Its effect on the palate is textbook, malty apricots, prunes and figs are paired with cinnamon and sweet nutmeg. All bound together with a burst of honey, firmly planting this malt at the heart of the speyside scene.

This 18-year-old Macallan was aged in ex-bourbon barrels before bottling, creating a spicy, intense offering, part of the Macallan old malt cask range. A rum-infused nose rich with raisins, spice and caramel is the perfect introduction to a dark and brooding flavour, espresso and cocoa working in tandem with sweet biscuit spice and stem ginger also present. The malty finish is a satisfying way to round up an exceptional drink.

Deliciously smooth, with rich dried fruits and sherry, balanced with woodsmoke and spice. Described by F Paul Pacult, the renowned international whisky writer, in his book kindred spirits as 'simply the best 12-year-old single malt around'.

Rich mouthful of flavours follows the bouquet with blood orange and vanilla taking the lead. Caramel, citrus pith and cocoa brings balance, adding to the mouth coating mid-palate.

Firm flavours with juniper & citrus. Earthy notes fill the mid-palate which has lovely vinous qualities. The pepperberry adds warmth and delivers a generous, dry finish.

Full flavoured with notes of caramel, fudge, fig, toasted nuts are enhanced by a long finish featuring maple and vanilla. Seductive and elegant.

Totally almond on the palate and tangy with spice to keep the nutty and candied vanilla flavours to a delicious medium-sweet. Sugar levels are beautifully balanced by the slight natural bitterness that almonds naturally have. The finish is long and generous.

Luxardo's Sangue Morlacco is made with Italian marasca cherries and is aged in oak vats for two years. the perfect digestif and great in cocktails.
