The queen victoria rhubarb has gone from queen victoria’s buckingham palace garden, in the 1800's, to being grown on crown estate property in the 2000's. the farm where it is now grown is a crown estate previously owned by the current grower, who farms it to this day. this rhubarb has always been grown in the traditional victorian kitchen garden style, having lots of organic matter to nourish it. it has not been grown commercially with artificial fertiliser and chemical sprays, so over the years the flavour can be greatly improved. we use ‘curiosity’ to soften the plant and then extract the juice through traditional pressing methods. the fabulous liquid is combined with our global award winning harrington dry gin and just enough sugar to balance the acidity. the resuLtr is a rumbustious gin with a big burst of rhubarb which is a glory on its own and beautiful with either tonic or ginger ale.

One of brazil’s favourite cachaça, Velho Barreiro is delicate on the nose but powerful earthy tones come through when you sip. Ripe marrow and fresh orchard fruit aromas are all present in the nose but when enjoyed neat the flavour is crisp and clean, with a rounded flavour profile which once again allows the sweet vegetal notes to shine. Osborne’s 103 white label brandy is a classic brandy de jerez and aged in casks formerly used for sherry, adding a distinctly Spanish flavour to the drink. A young brandy, 103 brings together both the flavours of the Spanish grapes and stronger fruity notes which are brought out during the maturation process. A slight hint of oak ensures the essence of a traditional brandy but with a lightness that makes it popular for long drinks and cocktails.

The liquorice finish on this ouzo is sweeter than average making it a popular choice.
Trois rivieres hides a lot of flavour in its crystal clear body. Punchy and awash with tangy notes, it is still smooth and is a great aLtrernative choice for your classic mojito or daiquiri. Fresh peaches, plums and pears come through in the nose and its high abv means once you sip you get the full depth of flavour in a single sucker punch.
