Finished in oloroso sherry casks, Glenmorangie Lasanta is a warm, toasty single malt that takes its name from the Scottish Gaelic for warmth and passion. Four roses is an exclusive small-batch bourbon that offer a distinct and sweet flavour with strong notes of molasses and cinnamon. Honey hues release honey fudge and nougat notes followed closely by cedarwood and pipe tobacco. The flavour is similarly sweet, with the honey notes married closely with cinnamon and the cedar wood gaining a smoked quality. Bloody Shiraz Gin is one of three seasonal gins made by Four Pillars and is like nothing you’ve tasted before. The home of Four Pillars is in the Yarra Valley, where their neighbours make some of the finest wines in the world. So, they decided to combine Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create their Bloody Shiraz Gin. They do this by steeping Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin for eight weeks. The fruit is destemmed but kept mainly as whole berries, and the tanks are kept cold and stirred daily. After a period of eight weeks, the fruit is pressed before blending with rarer Dry Gin.

Fortaleza Tequila is hand-made from stone-crushed agave by Guillermo Sauza, a fifth-generation Sauza family-member. The reposado is a perfect balance of vegetal notes from fresh agave and vanilla wood from its resting in bourbon barrels.

Fortaleza Blanco is made by the fifth generation of the Sauza family. Made using traditional methods, this is exceptional with notes of black pepper, earth and butter.

Fords gin is made at Thames Distillers in London using wheat. The botanicals – including Spanish lemon peel, Turkish grapefruit peel and Chinese jasmine – are steeped in the stills for 15 hours before distillation. the result is a gin where the botanicals come to the fore.

One of the younger flor de caña offerings, this 7-year-old rum is perfectly primed for mixing into all your favourite rum cocktails. Whether there’s a dark’n’stormy on the cards or you simply want the perfect complement to a fizzy coke, flor de caña 7 years will do the job. Prominent hazelnut and almond lead the flavour of this rum, with vanilla rounding it all off smoothly. Coffee and bitter chocolate notes are hinted at but remain in the background alongside light spiciness.
