MACALLAN 18YR SHERRY OAK 70CL
This 18-year-old Macallan was aged in ex-bourbon barrels before bottling, creating a spicy, intense offering, part of the Macallan old malt cask range. A rum-infused nose rich with raisins, spice and caramel is the perfect introduction to a dark and brooding flavour, espresso and cocoa working in tandem with sweet biscuit spice and stem ginger also present. The malty finish is a satisfying way to round up an exceptional drink.

LUXARDO MARASCHINO 50CL
Maraschino Luxardo is a classic Italian liqueur and is presented in its traditional way, straw-covered bottle and all. The clear hues hide a flavour which is simply bursting with marasca cherries and a typically pungent aroma in which the cherries seem to invite you to take that first sip. Smooth on the palate initially, leading into a sharpness which is short-lived but satisfying. It’s the aroma of this one which will have you back for another sip, lingering long after tasting.

LUKSUSOWA VODKA 70CL
The prefered polish potato vodka of "men" apparently!? Fat hot buttery mash with lashings of pepper on entry followed by more creamy soda notes and finally hot white pepper and boiled new potatoes finish. Pretty damn good to be fair.

LEBLON CACHACA 70CL
Named for a well-known region of Rio, Leblon cachaça looks like any other white rum or vodka but its flavour tells a different story. Its nose is a borderline combination of sugar sweetness and zesty citrus and is reminiscent of a good rum and a slice of lime. On drinking, you’ll enjoy an initial hit of that limey citrus soon followed by strong rum-like flavours tempered down by sugar cane sweetness. Leblon is harsh on the palate but not overwhelmingly so and is a great alternative to your average white rum in a daiquiri.
