An original family recipe lives on in Hayman’s old tom. clean and fresh in its flavours with a history dating back to the 1860s, old tom uses the same ten botanicals it always has. It stands out from others in the Hayman's collection due to the intensity of the botanicals within and the addition of sugar for sweetness. juniper and orange zest work together to introduce the drink and by the end, you’ll be enjoying cracked black pepper in a clean, long finish.
The flavour of wild English sloe berries is encapsulated perfectly in Hayman's gin. First launched in 2009, Hayman's sloe gin has rust-red hues and has a strong aroma of fresh sloes and underlying almond notes. The flavour overall is bittersweet and has a light syrupy sweetness, with strong gin notes carrying through. It ends on an intensely spiced and fruity note, with the traditional gin flavours combining with the sweet sloes.
Orbium is instilled with additional extracts of quinine, wormwood and blue lotus blossom. Inspired by flavours traditionally associated with classic gin drinks. Lesley Gracie has perfectly married these flavours into Hendrick’s Orbium and the result is an oddly exquisite gin that sits roundly on the palate.
The ‘most unusual gin’ on the market, Hendrick's is a fine Scottish gin which evokes rose gardens and quintessentially British cucumber sandwiches. The crystal clear hues allow the flavours to do the talking and silky smooth on the palate bursts with juniper berries and sharp citrus. Cumin, black pepper and liquorice add depth to the flavour and lingering floral notes are the perfect ending to a smooth and highly unusual gin.

Rich and robust, Hennessy XO has a deeper amber colour than your regular cognac, due to its long maturation process and the hand-selected barrels used during this. Around 100 Eaux de vide work together to create the rounded, bold flavour which is characterised by rich black pepper, a touch of spice and dry and candied fruit.
This 100% agave Herradura Anejo is one of the first and most popular Anejo tequilas that Mexico has to offer. 24-25 months of ageing ensure the depth of colour and adds a hint of oak to the flavour. The nose is typical of quality tequila, rich in stewed vegetables, leather and vanilla. The spice comes through in the flavour which is wonderfully balanced, allowing the vanilla and oak to marry with cinnamon spice and light notes of black pepper.
Herradura Blanco is a smooth silver tequila, aged for just 45 days and offering up welcome cleanliness on the palate. The ageing means that there’s a hint of oak in the flavour but its keynote are refreshing agave which is enhanced by tangy citrus. The strength of the agave flavour makes this a fantastic choice for your next margarita and the light heat underlying the key flavours is a wonderful reminder of the quality of this tequila.
Herradura reposado was launched in 1974 and the recipe has stayed the same ever since. One of the world’s first commercial reposado tequilas, the flavour benefits from 11 months ageing in oak casks. The aroma has an enticing note of cider, sweet apples, vanilla and cinnamon. This heady concoction is built upon as you sip with full bodied caramel, chocolate, nutty almonds and black pepper coming through. It’s the nutty notes that linger until the end.
Believed to be one of the first extra Anejo tequilas invented Herradura suprema spends 49 months maturing in American oak casks. This gives it notably different flavours and characteristics when compared to other anejos. A legend in its own right, 12-year-old highland park is an Orcadian classic. Made from the finest barley malted over peat fires and blended with the fresh waters of the isle, its character is intensely satisfying. Five days steeping before distillation in a copper pot still create the unique and unusually flavoured Hoxton gin. Flavoured with sweet coconut, refreshing grapefruit, classic juniper, iris, tarragon and hits of ginger, Hoxton gin is different from your average gin. Enjoy a special experience with Hoxton gin, however, you choose to drink it.
Hoxton Pink Gin is created using natural and ethically sourced
ingredients such as juniper, Gunpowder tea, rosehip, grapefruit,
liquorice, chamomile, elderflower and orris.
Clear pink colour with a tint of orange. On the nose, there’s a lovely
a mixture of the floral character of roses backed by the firm tannin of
tea. In the mouth, it is just off-dry, with a lovely balance between the
sweetness and rose perfume on one hand, with the sharpness of
citrus and the grip of tannin from the Gunpowder tea.
For a Mezcal to be classed as an Anejo, it must be aged for 12 months in barrels before bottling. Ilegal tends to age theirs for a total of 13 months which helps it to develop beautiful honey-like characteristics that make it a very delectable spirit that one would expect from a longer aged Mezcal. This ageing process helps to show off the quality of the casks which have been used and really show off its character, making it perfect to be enjoyed one sip at a time.
This unaged and ‘young’ mezcal does not have contact with any oak barrels (much like Blanco in the Tequilla category) and is bottled somewhat soon after distillation. Because there is no ageing process for this expression, this is certainly more fruit-focused than the aged mezcals within the category and is a carefully composed blend of sweet and smoke.
This is lightly aged for four months in oak barrels before bottling which helps to open and round this beautifully crafted example of a rested ‘Reposado’. This ageing process helps to draw out those beautiful notes of vanilla and spice but with a gentle undertone of smokiness that balances really well, that is less than that of its younger sibling. As a result, the smoke integrates exquisitely that creates a medium-bodied mezcal with those sweet highlights.

Smooth sweetness is offered up by citrus-infused vanilla but it’s the medicinal notes which truly make this a memorable dram.
