Triple distilled and triple filtered through quartz, charcoal and then quartz again.

Fortaleza Tequila is hand-made from stone-crushed agave by Guillermo Sauza, a fifth-generation Sauza family-member. The reposado is a perfect balance of vegetal notes from fresh agave and vanilla wood from its resting in bourbon barrels.

Fortaleza Blanco is made by the fifth generation of the Sauza family. Made using traditional methods, this is exceptional with notes of black pepper, earth and butter.

Rinquinquin à la pêche is made using three different types of peach - Cardinale, coronet and June gold. As if this wasn't enough peach for you, they also used the leaves from peach trees, harvests just before autumn. The leaves and peaches are all macerated separately in alcohol and white wine. Afterwards, the liquid is added to the white wine, while the solids leftover is distilled and added to the mix. Perfect for a summer aperitif, rinquinquin à la pêche goes well with tonic water or served long and over ice. The terms rinquinquin was originally a generic word. In the Provencal language, it means invigorating drink (from the verb requinquilhar: to cheer up).

Martini Riserva speciale Ambrato is a Vermouth di Torino that uses wines from Moscato d'Asti and three types of wormwood– absinthium, Pontica and Vulgaris. It is named after the colour – Ambrato is Italian for amber.

Ki no bi Kyoto dry gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the uji region and green sansho (Japanese peppercorn) berries.

The result is in an aromatic, floral and well-rounded spirit, sure to go handsomely in a pisco sour.

Bought in 1893 by John Walker and Sons and resultantly making up a large part of the Johnnie Walker blend.

Del maguey Vida Mezcal is 100% organic and made by hand. This extra care and attention deliver a natural flavour, unblended and surprisingly complex. Juniper-led with peppery spice and sweet lemon zest following closely. Aromas of hops and eucalyptus underpinned by sage and liquorice whirl as you sip and a deeper, earthy aftertaste lingers, with citrus zest still coming through.

Fresh, fruity and smooth-bodied, Caol Ila 12 year old is the colour of pale straw, with a delicate balance of tastes. Clean on the nose, it shows subtle citrus fruit with just a puff of smoke. Firm and smooth, it begins sweetly then yields a fragrant smokiness and a sweet-smoky, lingering finish. This single malt was named Outstanding Silver Medal Winner at the International Wine & Spirits Competition 2015.

A west highland malt of real esteem, this 14-year-old Oban is traditional in its flavour but this isn’t something to overlook. Rich and smoky on the nose, this Oban has a medicinal flavour about it, with notes of the sea, coast and seaweed all coming through together. Smooth sweetness is offered up by citrus-infused vanilla but it’s the medicinal notes which truly make this a memorable dram.

Developed to faithfully replicate the vodkas of old through the addition of a portion of unrectified barley spirit, this is perhaps as close as it's possible to (legally) get to real, genuine vodka from the old country

The queen victoria rhubarb has gone from queen victoria’s buckingham palace garden, in the 1800's, to being grown on crown estate property in the 2000's. the farm where it is now grown is a crown estate previously owned by the current grower, who farms it to this day. this rhubarb has always been grown in the traditional victorian kitchen garden style, having lots of organic matter to nourish it. it has not been grown commercially with artificial fertiliser and chemical sprays, so over the years the flavour can be greatly improved. we use ‘curiosity’ to soften the plant and then extract the juice through traditional pressing methods. the fabulous liquid is combined with our global award winning harrington dry gin and just enough sugar to balance the acidity. the resuLtr is a rumbustious gin with a big burst of rhubarb which is a glory on its own and beautiful with either tonic or ginger ale.

Johnnie walker green label is one of the lesser found offerings from the hugely popular distillery and has a flavour which deserves at least one taste. A blended malt whisky which binds together many different flavours of Scotland, Johnnie walker green label is rich in oak tones, coffee beans and even chocolate. Dates and walnut also come through with oak and charcoal wood smoke also getting a look in. A long finish is nicely spiced, rich with honey and sweetened by malty cereals.

A Pink Pepper Gin from French producers Audemus, situated in the heart of Cognac. Made with hand-picked pink peppercorns and a handful of other tasty botanicals (including honey, vanilla and cardamom - all of which are macerated separately then distilled under low pressure and temperature). You'll find a good juxtaposition between sweet and spicy notes in this one.

Cotswolds Dry Gin is a delectable blend of nine carefully-considered botanicals, including lavender from the Cotswolds and freshly-peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest. The gin has a beautiful pearlescent appearance when ice or tonic is added.
