Miller's Dry, 70cl

Miller’s dry gin is distilled using traditional pot maceration methods and using many of the trademark ingredients you’d expect in a quality gin. Of exceptional quality, Miller’s is shipped to Iceland once in concentrated distillate form and there it is blended with fresh cucumber flavouring and natural glacial water from the Selyri spring. This adds a complex and refreshing flavour to the gin and brings out the natural flavours of the botanicals which include juniper, cassia, liquorice root, coriander and cinnamon bark.

Buffalo Trace Whisky, 70cl

Buffalo trace offers a wide range of exciting bourbons and their classic Kentucky straight buffalo trace is one of the most famous. Intense with velvety vanilla, warming spices and oaky barrel char, each sip of buffalo trace is a real pleasure. Its aroma is rich like a box of toffees, with notes of chocolate éclair, cinnamon and rum spice. On the palate brown sugar comes through strongly with toffee depth and the spicy cinnamon heat also coming through. A classic Kentucky bourbon you can sip again and again.

Doorly's Gold 5yr Rum, 70cl

A brand who have been offering up exceptional rums since the 1920s, Doorly’s take pride in each of their products and Doorly's gold is no exception. The scarlet macaw on the bottle is just a hint at the wildness within, with an intense mixture of sweet and bitter notes marrying together to deliver a smooth and dry flavour. Apricot, orange zest and caramel are easily recognisable and light notes of passion fruit, coconut and white pepper play a secondary role.

Cazcabel Coffee Tequila, 70cl

Cazcabel coffee tequila benefits from the wonderful refreshing flavour of Cazcabel Blanco tequila and sweet coffee. Cazcabel Honey Tequila, 70cl

Cazcabel honey liqueur is an exceptional blend of high-quality Cazcabel Blanco tequila and the sweet, natural flavour of honey. Fernet Branca Menta, 70cl

Try this with one with Pepsi. Same taste as fernet Branca but with a much more intense peppermint feel that really settles the digestion. Fantastic stuff.

GREEN ISLAND SUPERIOR LIGHT Rum, 70CL

The golden colour of the aged rum is removed via charcoal filtration, which also gives the rum its creamy texture.

Plantation 3 Star Rum, 70cl

Plantation 3 Stars white rum 41.2% is the first white rum from a plantation. It's a blend of rums from Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica (which just so happen to be three of our favourite rum producing islands).

Calvados Père Magloire Fine AOC Brandy, 70cl

Double distilled to ensure an even deeper and more intense flavour, père Magloire VSOP has been matured for up to 5 years and has dark golden hues to show for it. Père Magloire VSOP has a deep scent of apple blossom and fresh fruit which is followed by a deliciously crisp and juicy flavour which blends harmoniously with the mature oak flavours from the maturation process. Serve alongside mature and blue cheeses for a perfect partnership.

Doorly's 3yr Rum, 70cl

Bright and vibrant, the blue and yellow macaw on the label of Doorly's white rum is not the only vibrant thing about this white rum. A Barbadian creation, it has an enjoyable tropical nose which is awash with notes of pineapple and grapefruit. On tasting, you’ll enjoy strong notes of sweet coconut and fudge notes which have developed during the oak cask maturation process. It’s the coconut that sticks around long after finishing with a warming hit of pepper.

Tullamore Dew Whisky, 70cl

Tullamore dew is one of those famous Irish whiskies we all know and love. Classic flavour notes come through, with fruit and malt taking centre stage. Caramel and toffee soon follow and deliver added sweetness and warmth. Bitter fruit peel is balanced against the honeyed notes, vanilla and a herbal depth which really adds more character to the drink. If you were wondering why it’s called dew, it’s simply the initials of the Tullamore distillery’s manager at the time!

Wild Turkey 81 Whisky, 70cl

The character of Kentucky is strong in this one, wild turkey’s deep amber hues owe their colouring to the heaviest charred oak barrels around. The barrels are newer than your traditional bourbon style and result in the flavour of wild turkey being stronger and encapsulated in the barrels, without any flavour being cooked out. Warm hues and a warming flavour, the wild turkey is exceptionally smooth and satisfying, the flavours a little subdued but butterscotch coming through in the end. Rich and indulgent, wild turkey stands out amongst other bourbons.

LA COPA VERMOUTH BLANCO, 75cl

The González Byas white Vermouth is a delicious combination of dry Fino Shery with a salty character and a selection of classic botanicals, inspired by an original recipedatingbackto1896, then called“FrenchVermouth”. Clean, elegant and intense. You will find concentrated citrus aromas, perfectly blended with the delicious, bitter touches of wormwood and savoury. Cinnamon, nutmeg and the high residual sugar balance out the bitterness.

LA COPA VERMOUTH ROJO, 75cl

La Copa brand was one of the first to be registered by Gonzalez Byass dating back to 1884. The production follows the original recipe from 1906 and the packaging is a replica of the original label. Intense spiced aroma, notes of clove and cinnamon stand out, with an elegant bitterness on the finish. On the palate, it is smooth and elegant. There can be no doubt as to its origins in Jerez.

DISCARDED, 50cl

A sweet Vermouth infused with Casara, the discarded fruit of the coffee berry. It's deeply rich and aromatic with a naturally sweet and fruity warmth.

Colonel Fox's Gin, 70cl

Based on a genuine 19th-century recipe discovered by Lieutenant Colonel Fox, Colonel Fox’s is an exceptional London dry gin. With the traditional flavours, you’d expect including juniper, coriander, angelica, liquorice, cassia and bitter orange peel, Colonel Fox’s gin is particularly citrus and juniper drive. Fruity and earthy flavours work together to deliver an aftertaste which is more sweet than bitter. Juniper lingers and reminds you of the quality of the gin you’re enjoying.

Hayman's Old Tom Gin, 70cl

An original family recipe lives on in Hayman’s old tom. clean and fresh in its flavours with a history dating back to the 1860s, old tom uses the same ten botanicals it always has. It stands out from others in the Hayman's collection due to the intensity of the botanicals within and the addition of sugar for sweetness. juniper and orange zest work together to introduce the drink and by the end, you’ll be enjoying cracked black pepper in a clean, long finish.

Cazcabel Blanco Tequila, 70cl

Cazcabel Blanco is a silver tequila which retains a real, deep earthy flavour. It’s the spicy notes that come through first, its aroma awash with spicy, a little citrus and of course sweet, enticing agave. On tasting, you’ll enjoy a simple flavour profile which allows the earthiness of the agave to take centre stage with the citrus and pepper notes. The aftertaste is crisp yet dry and wonderful for sipping or mixing.

Tapatio Blanco Tequila, 50cl

Tapatio blanco is one of those choice silver tequilas that has an exceptional flavour which you’ll find hard to stop sipping. The pepperiness of this tequila is really up there with the best, apparent from a first opening in the nose where it’s combined with earthy hay and subtle herbal tones. The flavour too is awash with earthiness with the sweetness of agave paired naturally with cinnamon, charred vegetables and sharp hits of black pepper. The end is satisfyingly salty with that earthiness remaining.
