Known for their fairtrade principles, fair goji berry liqueur is certified fairtrade is made from selectively sourced goji berries from the isolated Himalayan valleys. The berries are harvested and shipped to France, the macerated and turned into this exceptional liqueur. Its aroma is invitingly sweet, with peach and apple coming through alongside a touch of red berries and the flavour is sweet and light with a little syrup thickness. Raspberry, melon and plums all come through alongside cherry sourness, in an exotic mix of enjoyable fresh fruit.
Clean polish vodka that holds its own. Bread and butter with dried apple and lemon zest on entry. crushed grains then take over with deep spicy overtones. The mouthfeel is medium-bodied and the finish is both flinty and pepper driven. This is really very good for the price and remains a favourite of the polish, who seem to drink cauldrons of it every weekend.
Crème de apricot liqueur from french producer lejay-lagoute. it seems they've gone and re-jigged the recipe, bottling this particularly rich, fruity liqueur at a higher abv (25%) than previous bottlings. it's sure to still make an excellent cocktail ingredient, especially in a bellini.
