Skipper Rum, 70cl
Full-bodied and packed with deep brown sugar notes, the skipper is a molasses-based rum which brings together seven different individual rums. Brugal Anejo 5yr Rum, 70cl
Brugal Anejo offers classic rum flavours and is one of the finest Dominican rums on the market. Fudge and overripe bananas are rife in the aroma and fresh woody tones come through too. the flavour is reminiscent of an indulgent crème Brulee with dry toffee notes. Black pepper spice adds a welcome kick and helps temper the sweetness and brings out the dry oak notes even further. A true Dominican classic that deserves at least one try.
Westerhall No2 White Rum, 70cl
Westerhall No.2 has been double distilled and aged in plain oak casks for two years to achieve a smooth and mellow balance. The No.2 is a light rum with a sweet flavour that comes in at 37.5% ABV. The rum is diluted with the purist of Grenadian spring water before being charcoal filtered for absolute clarity.
Siren's Call Caribbean Spiced Rum, 75cl
The nose is met with a deep, ester-heavy Jamaican Rum, with fragrant spiced notes of preserved lime, lemongrass, vanilla and ginger. Chairman’s Reserve Rum, 70cl
A St. Lucian rum with real character, chairman’s reserve is a classic golden rum that blends together both pot still and continuous still rums. Norman Collins’ nickname has far outlived him in spicy, mellow Sailor Jerry’s Rum. The godfather of old school tattooing sailor jerry rum reflects this tradition with its hula girl bottle design and a flavour which is both traditional but perfect for a range of modern drinks. Light in flavour, mellow vanilla notes and spices come through, making it the perfect accompaniment to your favourite brand of cola or fiery ginger beer.
Myers Rum, 70cl
Myer’s Rum is one of those spirits which simply calls out from a soft drink/mixer/mixer. A brand that’s been around since 1879, Myer's rum brings together a blend of nine separate rums and is one of jamaica’s popular exports. On opening, you’ll be hit with an intense molasses-thick aroma, with stewed prunes, apples and butter toffee coming through. The flavour is less intense but the notes are all still there and are brought into their own once you add your other cocktail ingredients. Very sweet, Myers rum is perfectly paired with coke or ginger.
Old J Spiced Rum, 70cl
Exotic flavours are brought together in delicate harmony within each bottle of Old J. Old J is vibrant and notes of zesty Persian lime are blended beautifully with your traditional rum notes of vanilla and cinnamon. It’s a smooth and sweet rum-flavoured drink with a lower than average abv which makes it perfect for splashing over ice with a wedge of lime. Alternatively, you pop it in a cocktail and it’s those deep vanilla notes which linger.
RedLeg Spiced Rum, 70cl
Old oak barrels ensure genuine depth to each bottle of redleg spiced. The brooding dark rum is blended with hand-selected spices, principally Jamaican ginger and vanilla. The combination creates the perfect winter warmer and unlike some other spiced rums, it’s those spicy notes that really stand out. Gingerbread flavours are perfectly balanced against spicy black pepper ensuring a strength of flavour that can be appreciated the time and again. No need to add ginger beer at redleg is spicy enough.
Gosling's Black Seal Rum, 70cl
The happy black seal performing on the front of each bottle is not where this rum got its name, but it’s a fun addition. Gosling’s black seal is named for the wax used to seal the stopper in place in fact and this is a deep, dark rum which stewed fruit aromas emanating from first opening. Spicy and herbal notes blend together to lead into a thickly sweet and fruity flavour which tingles on the tongue and is supported by creamier vanilla notes with caramel hints.
Appleton VX Rum, 70cl
15 individually distilled pot and column rums come together to give us Appleton signature. Medium-sweet in flavour with a smoothness on the palate, Appleton vs is perfect on the rocks, is complemented by ginger beer and has a true taste of the Caribbean. Brown sugar, light spices and dried currants and raisins are prominent on the palate and the flavour remains sweet and mellow from beginning to end.
Angostura 3yr White Reserva Rum, 70cl
Twice filtered and deliciously smooth angostura white Reserva rum is a drinkable and refreshing spirit which works wonderfully when simply dashed on the rocks. A blend of light and heavy rums distilled in angostura’s famous five-column continuous still create the distinct flavour of angostura white rum and the 2-year distillation process helps guarantee the sweet yet complex flavour. Citrus notes combined with sweet banana and tropical fruits dance on the palate and keep you coming back to angostura white Reserve.
El Dorado Vintage 3yr Rum, 70cl
With a couple of awards under its belt el dorado, 3-year rum is a fine example of a mixing rum which a crispness that lends itself to sharp citrus cocktails and even exotic punches. Coconut is ever-present from the first opening and hints of sugary sweet icing sugar are also apparent in the nose. On drinking, el dorado is surprisingly dry with notes of intense brown sugar, a nutty edge and of course that coconut coming through strongly. The ends note blends vanilla with the coconut for a fresh finish.
Havana Club 7yr Rum, 70cl
A young Havana club offering, this 7-year-old Cuban rum gets its amber hues from the bourbon casks it’s matured in. The aroma is reminiscent of first thing in the morning, rich in roasted coffee with vanilla and gingerbread coming through too. Vanilla fudge is the prominent flavour when you take a sip and it’s soon paired with sweet dairy chocolate, fruit trifle and woody oak notes. The ends result is a warm, rounded rum which is wonderful when mixed with ginger or lime or both!
The Kraken Black Spiced, 70cl
From its old-style bottling to its unusual name, the kraken rum is an exciting addition to the drinks cabinet. with flavours more in keeping with a peppered spicy rum than sea monsters from the deep, the pure black huesare different to your usual drink and certainly make for a long drink with a difference. marries perfectly with a sweet ginger beer, the kraken rum’s flavour is as deep as its hues, with heavy spicing balanced against honeyed vanilla.
Chairman's Spiced Rum, 70cl
A spicy offering from chairman’s reserve, this rum is an award winner and one which is held in high esteem by rum fans worldwide. Deep mahogany notes are the home to a complex bitter nose where bitter and sweet raisin is peppered with hints of nutmeg and cinnamon. On the palate, you’ll enjoy a surprising smoothness which has an exotic character that the combination of orange and spices offers. Heady, and one you’ll definitely remember.

Doorly's 3yr Rum, 70cl
Bright and vibrant, the blue and yellow macaw on the label of Doorly's white rum is not the only vibrant thing about this white rum. A Barbadian creation, it has an enjoyable tropical nose which is awash with notes of pineapple and grapefruit. On tasting, you’ll enjoy strong notes of sweet coconut and fudge notes which have developed during the oak cask maturation process. It’s the coconut that sticks around long after finishing with a warming hit of pepper.
Plantation 3 Star Rum, 70cl
Plantation 3 Stars white rum 41.2% is the first white rum from a plantation. It's a blend of rums from Barbados, Trinidad and Jamaica (which just so happen to be three of our favourite rum producing islands).
GREEN ISLAND SUPERIOR LIGHT Rum, 70CL

Doorly's Gold 5yr Rum, 70cl
A brand who have been offering up exceptional rums since the 1920s, Doorly’s take pride in each of their products and Doorly's gold is no exception. The scarlet macaw on the bottle is just a hint at the wildness within, with an intense mixture of sweet and bitter notes marrying together to deliver a smooth and dry flavour. Apricot, orange zest and caramel are easily recognisable and light notes of passion fruit, coconut and white pepper play a secondary role.
Flor de Caña 7yr Grand Reserve Rum, 70cl
One of the younger flor de caña offerings, this 7-year-old rum is perfectly primed for mixing into all your favourite rum cocktails. Whether there’s a dark’n’stormy on the cards or you simply want the perfect complement to a fizzy coke, flor de caña 7 years will do the job. Prominent hazelnut and almond lead the flavour of this rum, with vanilla rounding it all off smoothly. Coffee and bitter chocolate notes are hinted at but remain in the background alongside light spiciness.
El Dorado 5yr Rum, 70cl
A bright and breezy Guyana rum, young at just 5 years old, el dorado 5 years is one of the youngest offerings from this producer. Creamy butterscotch is the leading scent when you open the bottle and it’s soon partnered with bright notes of tropical fruit and a hint of mint oil. This oily element is apparent on the palate, helping to deliver a light-bodied rum which is rich in tropical flavours including fresh coconut.
Pink Pigeon Rum, 70cl
A rare spiced rum with a memorable name, the pink pigeon is not a drink you’ll forget in a hurry. One of Mauritius’ finer offerings, a bird native to isle is where it gets its name. Warming custard notes are released on opening the bottle and they’re soon followed by sweet icing sugar, buttery croissant and even strawberries. On drinking the sweetness remains and vanilla and nutmeg spice also come through, with a fieriness developing as you sip.
Four Square Spiced Rum, 70cl
A high quality spiced rum from the Barbadian foursquare distillery, four square delivers a warm and welcoming spicy touch to your favourite rum flavours. Honey and clove are the prominent flavours when you smell and the combination is inviting and not remotely cloying. Surprisingly fresh on the palate, the spiciness in this rum is measured and well-balanced with a subtle elegance coming through in warm honeyed vanilla. Despite its sweetness, the spices ensure it doesn’t become sickly.
Green Island Spiced Rum, 70cl
Spiced green island rum is a wonderful addition to your rum collection. The fact that Mauritius lies on the original spice route ensures that some of the finest spices are available to the green island in preparing their rums. Opening with welcoming vanilla notes, mild lime and clove freshness, green island spiced then leads into a burst of hot ginger which builds on the palate and remains until the final hit. It is tempered by that mild lime flavour, ensuring it doesn’t overwhelm.

Angostura 5yr Rum, 70cl
The five year old offering initially launched as angostura gold is here and ready to show off the finest features of the popular trinidadian brand. Blending together heavy and light molasses-based rums angostura 5 years is intense with pungent treacle and muscovado sugar notes coming through in the nose. The flavour itself is medium with cedar wood and spice playing key roles alongside zesty grapefruit. The citrus notes come through especially well in the aftertaste.
Plantation 5yr Rum, 70cl
A classic Barbadian rum, plantation 5-year-old benefits from ex-bourbon cask barrels and cognac barrels used in its maturation process. The flavour this delivers is unlike any other rum and gives its nose an intense leathery profile with spicy cinnamon and aromatic coconut too. On tasting Plantation 5 is surprisingly sweet with clear notes of molasses and that leathery depth from the scent. Salted butter and allspice add a distinguishing finish and ensure the fire remains strong to the last drop.
Bacardi Ocho Anos Rum, 70cl
Bacardi is best known for their world-famous white rum but here Bacardi 8 year old is an intense, red-gold offering which is exceptional when added to spiced cocktails or enjoyed neat. The aroma is awash with buttery caramel, orange marmalade and banana leaf notes which lead to a medium-bodied flavour which allows sweet demerara sugar, apricots and gingerbread to take centre stage. Butterscotch and vanilla notes linger throughout with just a touch of nutmeg spice finishing it off.
Wood's 100 Navy, 70cl
A classic demerara navy style rum produced in guyana, wood’s 100 blends together a range of young rums. both pot still and continuously distilled rums make their way into the mix and it’s a distinct flavour that’s often used in tiki-style cocktails. prunes, caramel and sweet toffee are the first aromas released on opening and they’re soon joined by nutmeg and cinnamon spiciness. dark chocolate and fudge come through but the spiciness is the flavour that endures.

One of the younger offerings from el dorado, this blend made of rums of a minimum of 8 years old is sweetly spicy and thick with molasses and toffee flavours. There’s a festive feel to this rum, with Christmas cake spices working together to create a strong and enjoyable flavour. Honey, vanilla, toffee and butterscotch are rich on the palate with syrupy orange marmalade coming through too, creating a rich and enjoyable rum which is perfect when enjoyed neat or with soft drink/mixer/mixers.

Despite its punchiness there is elegance to this rum and citrus and grassy notes come through to support the strength.

Blended to perfection, Captain Morgan’s is a golden rum which has been enhanced by sweet and mellow spices. Angostura 8yr 1919 Rum, 70cl
Angostura 1919 is an 8-year-old offering from the famous Trinidadian distillery that benefits from oaky tones delivered through the ex-bourbon casks it’s matured in. Toasted coconut and rich vanilla are released from the first opening and the taste is zesty with notes of exotic cumquat, dark sugar and faint herbal notes of eucalyptus and almond. The citrus flavours are the most prominent from beginning to end and give angostura 1919 a refreshing twist.
Smith & Cross Gold Rum, 70cl
One of the rare 100% pot still rums out there, smith & cross is a Jamaican favourite which allows tropical fruity flavours to define its character. A hit of pineapple is your first hint at the flavours within and the nose develops with further spicier notes of clove, pepper and intriguing hot chilli. On tasting, you’ll enjoy a warm, buttery opening which bursts into a fiery chilli-based heat, peppered with cinnamon and clove. This heat is tempered by balancing vanilla and muscovado sugar notes, bringing smith & cross to a mellower endnote.
