Tasting Note This is lightly aged for four months in oak barrels before bottling which helps to open and round this beautifully crafted example of a rested ‘Reposado’. This ageing process helps to draw out those beautiful notes of vanilla and spice but with a gentle undertone of smokiness that balances really well, that is less than that of its younger sibling. As a result, the smoke integrates exquisitely that creates a medium-bodied mezcal with those sweet highlights.
