Tasting Note This unaged and ‘young’ mezcal does not have contact with any oak barrels (much like Blanco in the Tequilla category) and is bottled somewhat soon after distillation. Because there is no ageing process for this expression, this is certainly more fruit-focused than the aged mezcals within the category and is a carefully composed blend of sweet and smoke.
