Orbium is instilled with additional extracts of quinine, wormwood and blue lotus blossom. Inspired by flavours traditionally associated with classic gin drinks. Hoxton Pink Gin is created using natural and ethically sourced ingredients such as juniper, Gunpowder tea, rosehip, grapefruit, liquorice, chamomile, elderflower and orris. Clear pink colour with a tint of orange. On the nose, there’s a lovely a mixture of the floral character of roses backed by the firm tannin of tea. In the mouth, it is just off-dry, with a lovely balance between the sweetness and rose perfume on one hand, with the sharpness of citrus and the grip of tannin from the Gunpowder tea.

Faithfully reproduced to a 1840s recipe, Jensen’s old tom gin has an intense and complex ingredient base which work wonderfully in cocktails and long drinks. Soft on the nose with warm toasty notes both orange and lime stand out proudly, providing the little sweetness with this gin offers. It is thicker on the palate than other gins but this doesn’t detract from the enjoyment factor.
