Duck and Crutch Kensington Gin, 70cl

East London Liquor Company London Dry Gin, 70cl

The signature gin from the east London liquor company, a distillery based in bow wharf (right near Victoria Park, for those of you that know the area). This London dry gin is made with 100% British wheat spirits and infused with a bright selection of botanicals, including fresh lemon and grapefruit peels, cubeb berries, cardamom, coriander, angelica root and Macedonian juniper berries.

Edinburgh Raspberry Gin Liqueur, 50cl

Infused with freshly-picked fruit into the classic Edinburgh gin along with sugar, leaving the berries to macerate for a month to extract maximum flavour.

Ford's Gin, 70cl

Fords gin is made at Thames Distillers in London using wheat. The botanicals – including Spanish lemon peel, Turkish grapefruit peel and Chinese jasmine – are steeped in the stills for 15 hours before distillation. the result is a gin where the botanicals come to the fore.

FOUR PILLARS BLOODY SHIRAZ GIN, 70CL

Bloody Shiraz Gin is one of three seasonal gins made by Four Pillars and is like nothing you’ve tasted before. The home of Four Pillars is in the Yarra Valley, where their neighbours make some of the finest wines in the world. So, they decided to combine Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create their Bloody Shiraz Gin. They do this by steeping Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin for eight weeks. The fruit is destemmed but kept mainly as whole berries, and the tanks are kept cold and stirred daily. After a period of eight weeks, the fruit is pressed before blending with rarer Dry Gin.

GREENALL'S WILD BERRY GIN, 70CL

Appearance: subtle light pink coloured liquid. Nose: subtle red fruit twist balanced with rounded juniper notes, mature citrus flavours which are fresh and punchy. Finishes with woody, earthy aromas and warm spice. Taste: a silky smooth opening that develops into rich camphor and citrus taste with an underlying fruity touch. Medium to long length with a delicate sweetness.

Hayman's London Dry Gin, 70cl

Hayman’s London dry was launched in 2008 and is the brand’s shot at the classic dry gin style. Ten botanicals are used, as with all Hayman's gins, and strong notes of crystallised lemon and orange peel paired with lavender are the first scents you’ll smell. dry orris root is the first flavour you’ll taste alongside pine and juniper as well as zesty lime. The aftertaste is bitter with the juniper still lingering.

Hayman's Old Tom Gin, 70cl

Hayman's Sloe Gin, 70cl

First launched in 2009, Hayman's sloe gin has rust-red hues and has a strong aroma of fresh sloes and underlying almond notes. The flavour overall is bittersweet and has a light syrupy sweetness, with strong gin notes carrying through. Hendrick's Gin, 70cl

HOXTON PINK GIN, 50cl

Hoxton Pink Gin is created using natural and ethically sourced ingredients such as juniper, Gunpowder tea, rosehip, grapefruit, liquorice, chamomile, elderflower and orris. Clear pink colour with a tint of orange. On the nose, there’s a lovely a mixture of the floral character of roses backed by the firm tannin of tea. In the mouth, it is just off-dry, with a lovely balance between the sweetness and rose perfume on one hand, with the sharpness of citrus and the grip of tannin from the Gunpowder tea.

Junipero Gin, 70cl

Ki No Bi Dry Gin, 70cl

Ki no bi Kyoto dry gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the uji region and green sansho (Japanese peppercorn) berries.
