Miller’s dry gin is distilled using traditional pot maceration methods and using many of the trademark ingredients you’d expect in a quality gin. Of exceptional quality, Miller’s is shipped to Iceland once in concentrated distillate form and there it is blended with fresh cucumber flavouring and natural glacial water from the Selyri spring. This adds a complex and refreshing flavour to the gin and brings out the natural flavours of the botanicals which include juniper, cassia, liquorice root, coriander and cinnamon bark.
Hand-crafted using ten ethically sourced botanicals, Mermaid Pink Gin infuses the flavour and aromatics of Island strawberries with the smooth yet complex taste of our award-winning gin, a blend of lemon zest, grains of paradise and fragrant rock samphire.
McQueen & the Violet Fog Gin is made in small batches in a single copper pot still over in the hills of Jundiaí, Brazil. It contains 21 botanicals, and the first 15 are macerated in a sugarcane spirit. Then, six additional botanicals are vapour infused into the gin through a copper basket, including handpicked Indian basil leaves, Portuguese rosemary, Mediterranean fennel seed, calamansi from the South Pacific, Vietnamese star anise and locally grown Brazilian acai.
MarGin’s founder Rachel Verghis is a former banker, passionate art collector and a gin sipping enthusiast. Inspired by an article about an artist who commissioned a perfumer to recreate the scent of the dollar bill, she embarked upon her own quest to create a premium spirit imbued with the quintessence of a banknote.
On that quest she chanced upon the ‘white fiver’—the first fully printed five pound note issued by the Bank of England in 1793. Struck by the elegance and heritage of this iconic note, Rachel saw the perfect union of liquid and label for her artisanal gin brand.
And so MarGin was born; a classic London dry gin, a tipple as cool, crisp and uncomplicated as a freshly printed ‘white fiver’, to be savoured like a smooth single malt or fine Cognac.
Distilled from juniper, coriander, Italian pink grapefruit, rhubarb and 4 further botanicals and is 41% ABV. Grapefruit skins are infused in Italian grain spirit for 36 hours this gives Malfy Rosa its colour.
Little Bird London Dry Gin is made in small batches in Peckham (little birds peck'em, get it! ) The recipe includes 10 botanicals including grapefruit, orange and ginger (represented by the lady on the bottle). This works well both in a martini and as part of a classic G&T.
