Hoxton Pink Gin is created using natural and ethically sourced
ingredients such as juniper, Gunpowder tea, rosehip, grapefruit,
liquorice, chamomile, elderflower and orris.
Clear pink colour with a tint of orange. On the nose, there’s a lovely
a mixture of the floral character of roses backed by the firm tannin of
tea. In the mouth, it is just off-dry, with a lovely balance between the
sweetness and rose perfume on one hand, with the sharpness of
citrus and the grip of tannin from the Gunpowder tea.
Five days steeping before distillation in a copper pot still create the unique and unusually flavoured Hoxton gin. Flavoured with sweet coconut, refreshing grapefruit, classic juniper, iris, tarragon and hits of ginger, Hoxton gin is different from your average gin. Unlike most other gins juniper is not the leading flavour and it ends on woody eucalyptus notes, a satisfying alternative to traditional gins. Enjoy a special experience with Hoxton gin, however, you choose to drink it.
The ‘most unusual gin’ on the market, Hendrick's is a fine Scottish gin which evokes rose gardens and quintessentially British cucumber sandwiches. Cumin, black pepper and liquorice add depth to the flavour and lingering floral notes are the perfect ending to a smooth and highly unusual gin.

The flavour of wild English sloe berries is encapsulated perfectly in Hayman's gin. First launched in 2009, Hayman's sloe gin has rust-red hues and has a strong aroma of fresh sloes and underlying almond notes. The flavour overall is bittersweet and has a light syrupy sweetness, with strong gin notes carrying through. It ends on an intensely spiced and fruity note, with the traditional gin flavours combining with the sweet sloes.
An original family recipe lives on in Hayman’s old tom. clean and fresh in its flavours with a history dating back to the 1860s, old tom uses the same ten botanicals it always has. It stands out from others in the Hayman's collection due to the intensity of the botanicals within and the addition of sugar for sweetness. juniper and orange zest work together to introduce the drink and by the end, you’ll be enjoying cracked black pepper in a clean, long finish.
Hayman’s London dry was launched in 2008 and is the brand’s shot at the classic dry gin style. The aftertaste is bitter with the juniper still lingering.

A Spanish gin which shouldn’t be discounted because of its Mediterranean roots. Super-premium and inspired by the natural botanicals of its home region, gin mare benefits from the individual distillation of botanicals which are then hand-blended to create its distinct and enjoyable character. Bloody Shiraz Gin is one of three seasonal gins made by Four Pillars and is like nothing you’ve tasted before. The home of Four Pillars is in the Yarra Valley, where their neighbours make some of the finest wines in the world. So, they decided to combine Four Pillars Rare Dry Gin with some of the best Shiraz grapes in Australia to create their Bloody Shiraz Gin. They do this by steeping Yarra Valley Shiraz grapes in gin for eight weeks. The fruit is destemmed but kept mainly as whole berries, and the tanks are kept cold and stirred daily. After a period of eight weeks, the fruit is pressed before blending with rarer Dry Gin.
