MarGin’s founder Rachel Verghis is a former banker, passionate art collector and a gin sipping enthusiast. Inspired by an article about an artist who commissioned a perfumer to recreate the scent of the dollar bill, she embarked upon her own quest to create a premium spirit imbued with the quintessence of a banknote.
On that quest she chanced upon the ‘white fiver’—the first fully printed five pound note issued by the Bank of England in 1793. Struck by the elegance and heritage of this iconic note, Rachel saw the perfect union of liquid and label for her artisanal gin brand.
And so MarGin was born; a classic London dry gin, a tipple as cool, crisp and uncomplicated as a freshly printed ‘white fiver’, to be savoured like a smooth single malt or fine Cognac.
Distilled from juniper, coriander, Italian pink grapefruit, rhubarb and 4 further botanicals and is 41% ABV. Grapefruit skins are infused in Italian grain spirit for 36 hours this gives Malfy Rosa its colour.
What could be more fitting for Gerry's than Spirit of Soho gin? A local classic which lives up to its name and offers a quality London dry gin offering. Premium in quality and produced a tribute to the King of Soho, traditional methods are used at every stage of production to deliver a juniper and coriander heavy gin which is just made for a cheeky gin sling or a classic g&t with lemon.
Five days steeping before distillation in a copper pot still create the unique and unusually flavoured Hoxton gin. Flavoured with sweet coconut, refreshing grapefruit, classic juniper, iris, tarragon and hits of ginger, Hoxton gin is different from your average gin. Unlike most other gins juniper is not the leading flavour and it ends on woody eucalyptus notes, a satisfying alternative to traditional gins. Enjoy a special experience with Hoxton gin, however, you choose to drink it.

Resplendent in straw-yellow, Boudier’s saffron gin places premium, luxurious saffron at its heart. Gabriel Boudier’s micro-distillery is known for the quality of its work and each Boudier’s saffron gin batch is handcrafted using natural botanicals creating its delicately spicy character. Juniper is of course in there with notes of iris, angelica, orange peels and interesting fennel, delivering the liquorice aniseed notes which last long after drinking. The colour stands out but the flavour is even more memorable.
