Our award-winning Cotswolds Dry Gin is a delectable blend of nine carefully considered botanicals, including local lavender from the Cotswolds and freshly peeled pink grapefruit and lime zest. Due to the unusually high volume of botanicals we use, our gin causes a beautiful pearlescent cloud to appear when ice or tonic is added. A juniper-led gin with fresh citrusy notes and a hint of lavender. Our Cotswolds Dry Gin has been hand-crafted in small batches to create a smooth London dry-style gin with a Cotswolds twist. We source the finest casks from around the world for our whisky, including first-fill bourbon barrels from Kentucky, wine barriques from France & Portugal and sherry casks from Spain. All barrels are used for full-term maturation, not cask finishing. We use our barrels only once. We respect our beautiful surroundings and are committed to protecting our environment.
