Hennessy xo was created by Maurice Hennessy himself in 1870 and was initially reserved for the maker and his friends only, a mark of its excellence. Around 100 Eaux de vide work together to create the rounded, bold flavour which is characterised by rich black pepper, a touch of spice and dry and candied fruit.

An 8 year old VSOP(!) Bas Armagnac made, very unusually, entirely from the once ubiquitous but now sadly rare Folle Blanche grape, which makes delightfully elegant spirit.
Père Magloire 12-year-old AOC is a single distillation calvados which is fine and silky on the palate. Its deep golden brown colour is attributed to a minimum of 12 years maturation in oak barrels and this also adds a distinct addition to the flavour profile of the bottle. A fine champagne VSOP cognac from the Hine house. H by Hine is a stylish alternative to Remy VSOP with a bit more oomph, but still very mixable for classy cocktails.
The entry point into the Maxime Trijol, their VS cognac is rich and full of fruit and floral notes, making it perfect for sipping, cocktails or long drinks.
From the heart of the Calvados region, Berney aged this VSOP in limousin oak for around 8 years. It has a great flavour and they recommend it with the cheeseboard, chocolate, or even as an accompaniment to a good cigar.
