What size and frequency of orders do I need to make?
We have a minimum order requirement of £750 (ex VAT).
We need our delivery days to fit around our resourcing. Can we establish delivery days in advance?
Yes you can. Our delivery service has evolved with customer needs at its heart. We understand that many of our customers want to schedule their delivery days in line with order placement and receipt.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order through our user-friendly app or we work with a significant number of customers who use online ordering platforms e.g. Zonal Acquire.
What are your delivery options?
We offer next day delivery from our London, Leeds and Bristol depots on orders placed before midday.
Do you offer product training?
Yes, we do. We provide in-house wine training to our customers and help arrange further product training through our brand partners.
What are your payment terms?
These will be subject to the account application process.
Can I try the products before placing a large order?
Yes, we can provide samples of our wine range. Please discuss with your account manager.
How do I set up a new account with Venus?
