Smooth entry, with a creamy full body, and notes of toasty vanilla, crème brûlée, and butterscotch. The spirit warms in the mouth and leaves a gentle sweetness in the middle of the tongue that flowers as it lasts, much like a refined tequila

Overseen by Gilles Merlet, one of the world's pre-eminent Master Distillers, Leblon offers outstanding quality and superb taste that's the result of meticulous attention to detail throughout the production process. Leblon treats its sugar cane with the utmost respect and care, ensuring that the final product represents everything the fruit has to offer. A team of dedicated cane cutters cut each stalk by hand with a machete. This fresh-cut cane is transported to the distillery quickly, where the whole stalks are pressed into fresh sugar cane juice. The spirit is made via the traditional batch method in copper pot stills, resulting in an ultra-smooth cachaça that makes a versatile cocktail mixer.
