Lejay-lagoute produce a range of exceptional liqueurs and crème de myrtille is one of their most popular flavours. A wonderful aLtrernative to kirsch when added to sparkling wine or champagne and rich in the fresh flavours of bilberries and a little steam ginger. Whilst bilberries may not be the most common flavour they’re intensely enjoyable and are paired wonderfully with the crystallised ginger warmth and plump plum flavours, wonderful in a cocktail or sipped after dinner.
