Surprisingly little known in the UK, Greek wines are full of character. Cherry, plum and fruits of the forest are evident in Nemea whilst dried fruit and spices show in Rapsani. By contrast, chilled Tsantali Retsina exudes aromas reminiscent of Halkidiki pines and delivers a soft, cool, spicy aftertaste.
